Description:
A City escape for San Juan residents, this Holly McKinley designed condominium was a complete renovation. The floor plan was opened up to take greater advantage of City and Sound views. The existing building structure posed a number of site line restrictions that Holly, in collaboration with the Lockhart|Suver team, deftly handled with clever ceiling and wall detailing. A more refined palette of finishes was incorporated into the design to create an elegant backdrop to custom furnishings.
