Madison Park Residence Remodel
Description:
This third floor addition, part of a larger remodel of a classic Spanish Colonial in Broadmoor, presented a number of building challenges including creation of a structural “bridge” over the existing finished lower floors. Charlie and Paul’s design collaboration seamlessly weaves the new outdoor aerie into the existing home.
