Waverly Residence
Description:
A substantial renovation and addition to a Spanish Colonial style home in the Washington Park neighborhood. The design team seamlessly integrated new with old, referencing the original building materials including brick, steel windows, and clay tile roof. The interior of the home was reimagined with a new open concept kitchen and family room while updating and modernizing the formal living room, dining room and sun room. A Guest House with Garage was added in a second phase of construction.
