Description:
A classic Arts and Crafts home restored to its original grandeur with a subtle second floor expansion that nearly doubled its living space. The design team was guided by the client’s desire to preserve the integrity of the architecture while updating finishes and creating more room for frequent visits from family and friends. A carpenter’s dream, custom millwork was seamlessly blended between existing and renovated spaces in this whole house remodel and renovation. New master and guest suites, kitchen, media room and main floor bath were all part of the transformation.
