    Phantom Lake Residence

    Description:
More with less – a new modern home feels expansive in a small footprint. A two-story glass curtain wall dissolves the barrier between the interior and the trees and lake. Metal standing seam roofing panels were chosen to clad the exterior walls – which shimmer as one walks past due to an opalescent copper “pearl” finish over a green base coating.
