Description:
A remodel “tailored” to fit the owners’ family. The owners loved the intimate and cozy scale of their home, but the family needed more space. Rex Hohlbein described the guiding principal of his design as: “how small can this room be yet still function well and not feel cramped?” This approach resulted in a very modest addition, and an efficient floor plan beautifully fit to the family.
