    Denny-Blaine Residence

    Description:
A new porch and steps of rich and long-lasting ipe hardwood lead up to a remodeled entry foyer and powder bath. A copper roof shelters the new porch, installed using traditional flat-seamed copper panels. New wood windows at the main floor were carefully selected and trimmed to match the original windows. An upstairs bathroom was completely redone, with finishes and fittings true to the history of the house. A freshly painted exterior is adorned with new copper gutters and downspouts, and a new copper roof at the kitchen bay window.
